UQK6100 float level switch are designed as per ANSI B 31.1 standard for high temperature high pressure service conditions. Applied tri-magnet switch, with reasonable structure and strong reliability, the UQK6100 and UQK6200 level switches are applicable for level control, alarm and cascade failure of open vessel, and high temperature high pressure process conditions in the fields of petrochemical, power, food, pharmaceuticals and etc.
As liquid level changes the float will rise up or fall down and the first magnet located in pressure pipe will move up and down; there is an up or down adjustable switch outside pressure pipe in the housing. As up and down movement of the first magnet, for magnetic coupling effect, the second magnet will be driven to move and the third magnet will follow to be active and then control the switch. The triggered mechanism switch will return to original status when the liquid level decreasing.
